Every metre of pipe passes through the same disciplined sequence, from raw resin to a dispatch-ready coil or bundle.

Raw Material Selection
PVC / HDPE resin is batched with modifiers and stabilizers chosen for the pipe's intended load and environment.

Extrusion
The compound is melted and forced through calibrated dies to form a continuous pipe at target wall thickness.

Sizing & Cooling
Vacuum sizing tanks fix the outer diameter while a water-cooling bath sets the pipe's final dimensions.

Quality Testing
Samples undergo hydrostatic pressure, dimensional and impact checks before the batch is approved.
05
Packaging & Dispatch
Approved pipes are cut, bundled or coiled, labelled, and staged for delivery to site or distributor.
